A most amazing wool to work with for needle felting to wet felting and weaving .
The Icelandic sheep grows very long locks to protect it from the cold .The breed are pure Icelandic but the range of natural colours is wonderful , including the deepest black fibre i have seen. Last year we spent time at the shearing in the South of Iceland and our fibre is just wonderful .
