This is the tanned skin of a trout fish from Loch Fyne in Argyll. It was hand tanned and stitched onto a silk background dyed with coreopsis flowers.
The skin was tanned here at Heartfelt Studio in Argyll.The silk was dyed here at the Studio with plants grown at Dalmally Railway Station. The two buttons are also made from fish leather.
It is a delightfully light and comfortable bracelet to wear and will really be a statement piece
